The scheme involved the creation of a new technology block and engineering training centre for the College of West Anglia. The technology block is part of a £35 million investment in the campus allowing students to study in bespoke facilities, with special features such as garages with rolling road systems, creating a real world learning environment.

Crofton Engineering were appointed to supply and erect over 120 tonne of hot rolled for the structural steel frame along with 10 tonne of cold rolled purlins, cladding rails and various miscellaneous metalwork items.
