The project called for the fabrication of a unique architectural feature staircase with profiled stringers running from the 2nd basement to the 5th floor. The staircase flights were constructed entirely off-site to reduce site disruption and speed-up the installation process.

In addition, we erected secondary structural steelwork frames to the two elevations that supported new walls and a frame for a lift shaft running from the 2nd basement to the 6th floor.

The project also required the fabrication and erection of an external pedestrian access bridge at pavement level
