A 21st-century reinterpretation of the traditional mansion block offering 67, well-proportioned flats. The building is designed to meet the Mayors Interim London Housing Design Guide and the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.

Crofton Engineering supplied a number of steelwork and architectural metalwork items. These included; steel framework for the new glazed winter gardens, various entrance gates, canopies and stair balustrades. We also supplied a striking mesh screen (with printed polycarbonate backing) along the full elevation of the existing viaduct.
