Brook House is a medium density residential scheme in Haringey forming part of a wider regeneration strategy for North Tottenham, transforming the area from predominantly light industrial to a major new residential quarter.

Substantial amenity space is provided in the form of private balconies, roof gardens and communal play areas.

Crofton Engineering won the metalwork package, to supply numerous different styles of balustrades (powder coated, some glazed), gates, privacy and car park screens.
